What is the QPNTF?

The 2nd edition of the Qatar-Poland New Tech Forum will take place in Doha on November 21st. Several technology companies from Poland will showcase the latest in digital health, cloud services, cybersecurity, fintech and more. We look forward to seeing everyone live in Qatar.

Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha

The Polish-Qatari relationship can be described as outstanding. Diplomatic relations between the two states were established in 1989. In August 2006, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha was opened.

The Polish Embassy in Doha protects and promotes Polish interests and develops relations with Qatar through contacts with the Qatari government, business, labor, agriculture, media and education leaders.

Qatar - Poland Business Council

The Qatar-Poland Business Council is a non-profit organization based in Doha, Qatar. The main objective of the QPBC is to be a unifying platform for both Polish and Qatari business interests, promote mutual understanding and enhance bilateral relations, particularly through:

supporting Polish/EU investments in Qatar and Qatari investments in Poland, and the development of commercial, scientific and institutional cooperation between the two countries,
providing information about Qatar’s and Poland’s business environments and opportunities for bilateral cooperation,
pursuing common interests regarding their activities.

We pride ourselves in being an open and diverse organization. We welcome anyone who shares our common vision of strengthening Qatari – Polish relations.

1st edition of the QPNTF

The first edition of the ,,Qatar-Poland New Tech Forum’’ took place on April 19th, 2021. The Qatar-Poland Business Council, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the State of Qatar, the Qatar Financial Center and leading tech companies in Qatar invited Polish tech companies to participate in online B2B sessions. The virtual event presented the investment opportunities in Qatar’s digital market to over 70 attendees.

The aim of the inaugural event was to connect technology companies, institutions and solutions from both countries.
